This is a brand new gold Ganesh (elephant) amulet (11/08).
The Ganesh is a traditionally important figure for India but the Thais have
adopted this symbol as well and wear them often as amulets. This is a really
sharp amulet that is well detailed and brilliantly handmade. The case is 18K
gold and the Ganesh is is also a very brilliant 22K gold color. This Ganesh is
intricately detailed and quite stunning to see. The Buddhist temple I buy these
Ganeshes from has at least (7) of these pendants and I'll probably buy them all
next time I go as I expect demand will be high for these.
Ideal Ganesh amulet for a necklace.
